By using the services provided by Shree Vidhata Logistic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

   • Shree Vidhata Logistic offers packing, moving, and transportation services for both residential and commercial clients. Our services include but are not limited to packing, loading, unloading, transportation, unpacking, and arranging of goods at the new location.

2. Booking and Confirmation

   • All services are subject to availability and will be confirmed once a booking is made. A booking confirmation will be sent to the customer after the payment has been processed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the details provided during the booking process.

3. Payment Terms

   • Payment for services must be made as per the agreed terms. A deposit may be required before the move, with the remaining balance to be paid upon completion of the services. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfers, and online payment options.

4. Pricing and Estimates

   • All price estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of booking. Prices may vary depending on the volume, distance, and specific requirements of the move. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.

5. Insurance and Liability

   • Shree Vidhata Logistic provides limited insurance coverage for goods in transit. While we take every precaution to protect your belongings, we are not responsible for damage to items unless the damage is caused by our negligence. Additional insurance options can be discussed upon request.

6. Customer Responsibility

   • The customer must ensure that all items to be moved are packed and ready for transport at the agreed-upon time. Fragile and valuable items should be properly packed and labeled. The customer is responsible for informing us about any special handling requirements before the move.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

   • If the customer wishes to cancel or reschedule the move, they must notify Shree Vidhata Logistic at least 48 hours before the scheduled moving date. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours may incur cancellation fees.

8. Delays and Force Majeure

   • Shree Vidhata Logistic will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer of any delays as soon as possible.

9. Damage to Property

   • Shree Vidhata Logistic takes all necessary precautions to ensure your property is moved safely. However, in the event of damage, the customer must notify us immediately upon delivery. Claims for damage must be made within 7 days of the move.

10. Indemnity

    • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Shree Vidhata Logistic, its employees, agents, and contractors from any liability, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services, including claims related to personal injury or property damage not caused by our negligence.

11. Restricted Items

    • Shree Vidhata Logistic reserves the right to refuse to transport certain items, including hazardous materials, firearms, illegal substances, and perishable goods. A full list of restricted items will be provided upon request.

12. Amendments to Terms

    • Shree Vidhata Logistic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at the time of booking.

13. Governing Law

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the region where Shree Vidhata Logistic operates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.

14. Customer Agreement

    • By engaging with Shree Vidhata Logistic, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and understand these terms before using our services.
